The spotilink.bio website and the Spotilink application (the “Service”) are published by Webiscool, a sole proprietorship operating under the micro-entrepreneur regime (the “Publisher”).

Hosting
The application is hosted by Vercel Inc., a company incorporated under United States law (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States). User data is stored within the European Union via Supabase. The domain name is managed by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
Intellectual property
The “Spotilink” trademark, the logo, the graphic design, the interface, the editorial texts and all elements making up the platform are the exclusive property of Webiscool or are licensed to it. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited and liable to constitute infringement.
- The Content you publish (photos, texts, promo codes, links) remains your property; you warrant that you hold the rights necessary for its publication.
- Content submitted by a Brand as part of a Collab remains the property of that Brand, which warrants that it holds all rights to it.
- By publishing Content, you (or the Brand) grant Webiscool a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, limited to hosting and displaying that Content on the relevant page, for the duration it remains online, in accordance with article 4 of the Terms of Use/Sale.
Host status (LCEN art. 6)
With respect to the Content published online by Creators and Brands, Webiscool acts as a host within the meaning of article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN). Webiscool exercises no prior editorial control over this Content and cannot be held liable for Content of which it was not actually aware or which it promptly removed as soon as it became aware of it, within the limits provided by law.
Any manifestly unlawful Content may be reported to contact@spotilink.bio. To enable swift handling, the report must specify the URL of the page or Content concerned, a description of the disputed Content, the legal grounds for the removal request and the reporting party’s contact details. Webiscool undertakes to review reports and to promptly remove any manifestly unlawful Content. Any abusive report engages the liability of its author.
Liability — external links and affiliation
Creator pages contain links to third-party sites, in particular affiliate links and merchant sites. These sites are operated by independent third parties and are beyond Webiscool’s control.
Webiscool does not publish these sites, does not control their content, products, prices or terms of sale, and disclaims all liability as to their availability, accuracy or the transactions taking place on them, within the limits and subject to the reservations provided in article 7 of the Terms of Use/Sale. The activation of a link or a promo code is the sole responsibility of the Creator who publishes it and of the relationship between the visitor and the third-party site.
